Multiple the weight (in pounds) by 703 and then divide the result
by the height (in inches) sqaured.
Metric
Weight will need to be in kilograms and height will need to be
in meters.
Divide the weight (in kilograms) by the height (in meters)
squared.
The result is the BMI value in Kilogram /square meter.
